Directions: Shake can well before applying. Use in a ventilated area where clean up is easy, such as the tub, shower, or outdoors. Hold 9 to 12 Inches away from your body and spray in even circular smooth movements. When spraying your face: close your eyes and hold your breath. For best results, exfoliate prior to spraying; apply lightly around your face, feet, and ankles. For optimal results use a self-tanning mitt to blend. If solution gets on the palms of your hands or bottom of feet, wash off immediately with soap and water. Use the general wear time before rinsing: 2-4 hours, light. 5-7 hours medium. 8+ dark. Allow 24 hours for tan to fully develop.
