HOW TO USE: Shower or soak in hot water for at least 5 minutes. Rinse body of any soap or product residue. Wick excess water off your skin & squeeze excess water from the mitt. Exfoliate using slight pressure & a fast side-to-side or circular motion, until you see dry skin cells roll away. Rinse, pat dry, and moisturize with a high quality, fragrance free, product.
 
Use once every 1-2 weeks. Do not use on face, or on irritated, inflamed, or broken skin.
 
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash with a gentle cleanser & air dry. Replace as needed, or 2-3 times per year.
